Newly instituted independent financial advisory (IFA) firm London Wall Partners has appointed Mark Johnston, formerly a director at KPMG's financial services practice, as its CFO.
The firm has been launched by Nick Fletcher, the ex-chief executive of Saunderson House. In a statement on Monday, London Wall Partners also outlined other executive appointments.
The firm will be led by Fletcher himself and former Kleinwort Benson CIO Jeremy Beckwith. Its investment committee will include Ingrid Kirby, previously of Hermes Pension Fund and Dan Kemp, a funds and securities specialist.
London Wall Partners aims to provide unbiased financial advice as an IFA based on its assessment of the market to individual clients and trusts.
Commenting on the move, Fletcher, who left Saunderson House in January after an 18 year tenure, said, "I am confident we have the expertise and talent to respond to any economic climate, including the current one, and to meet the needs of those who have worked hard to build their capital."
